CASH LILLY
intern
From an early age, Cash has always been fascinated with understanding the deep intricacies of the natural world. Growing up in rural Iowa, he spent much of his time outside, exploring the prairies and riparian corridors of the South Skunk River. His combined interests in art and botany have long fueled his pursuits in landscape architecture. He has recently taken an interest in hybridizing cold-hardy succulents native to the state. He hopes to produce hybrids that address climate change and encourage new aesthetics in the Midwest landscape.
Over the next 7.5 months at Genus, Cash looks forward to learning more about all aspects of landscape architecture and possibly finding a home for a few succulents around the office.
