As a summer intern, Tyler hopes to develop his skills and grow his experience in environmental design. A soon-to-be fourth-year student in the Landscape Architecture Program at Iowa State University, he will bring a positive, yet determined attitude and a fresh outlook on the field to all projects he might be a part of at Genus. Tyler acclaims his lasting interest in the outdoors and a knack for creating as the forefront of his path to becoming a landscape architect. He looks to follow each of these interests in his career along with an elemental goal to spark admiration of nature through creative design. Growing up in the suburbs of Des Moines, Tyler will be able to make an impact on the community that he calls home with each and every project he takes part in over the course of his time with Genus.
