Consisting of approximately two acres, this signature space serves as the exterior hub for Principal Financial Group’s campus headquarters. Originally conceived as part of the Corporate 4 building project, the site was constructed in 1996. A new vision was put forth in 2014 to strengthen connectivity and continuity between buildings, offer greater flexibility to employees for outdoor use, and address aging infrastructure.
