Corporate 1 is Principal Financial Group’s original building and sits proudly as the entry to the central corporate campus. Site design in this zone seeks to enhance the pedestrian experience entering the building as well as the building’s relationship to the campus.

Site improvements include a universally accessible route to the front entry, formal vehicular access for drop off and pick up, streetscape enhancements along High Street, and an enhanced connective corridor from Corporate 1’s Wellness Center into Campus Plaza.
