As part of Principal Financial Group’s campus renovation efforts, Genus was retained to complete full site design and construction drawings. Improvements focused on upgrading campus light levels, integration of a vehicular drop-off zone at the building entrance, renovation of a popular roof terrace over structure, and a pedestrian plaza that reconnects Corporate 2 with Campus Plaza and Corporate 1.

Construction on these improvements was completed in Fall of 2017.
